2019 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am Wrap-Up

Hail storms would delay the finish of the Pebble Beach Pro Am into a Monday Finish, but the delay didn’t diminish the championship, as the seemingly ageless 48-year-old Phil Mickelson captured the title by three strokes over Paul Casey. Starting the final round 3 back of overnight leader Paul Casey, Phil birdied 2, 4 and 9 with no bogeys to make the turn in 3-under 33 and move within a shot of Casey’s lead. While Phil added birdies on 10, 13 and 14, Paul bogeyed 11 and 12, which moved Mickelson into the three shot lead he would into the last 4 holes. After his closing birdie on 18, the result was a bogey-free 7-under 65, his fifth career title at Pebble Beach, and his 44th career PGA Tour victory.

Next week, the PGA Tour heads back to Southern California for the Genesis Open.
