2019 Saudi International Preview

Some of the best golfers in the world are flocking to the first-ever professional golf tournament in Saudi Arabia at the Saudi International. The field features current world number 1 Justin Rose, who just won at the Farmers Insurance Open, as well as former and recent world #1 players Dustin Johnson, Brooks Koepka and Lee Westwood. Other notables in the field include current Masters champion Patrick Reed, Hall of Famer Ernie Els, and last year's victorious Ryder Cup Captain Thomas Bjorn.

Royal Greens Golf and Country Club will host this inaugural event. A par-70 measuring about 6,300 metres, the scoring on this coastal golf course will be largely dependent on the weather conditions.

Players to Watch:

Justin Rose: Although he has to travel across the world to play in this event, Rosey has been an international tournament player for years, and is no stranger to traveling far distances in between events. Don't be surprised to see him challenging in this inaugural event.

Bryson DeChambeau: Fresh from his win last week in Dubai, Bryson will be one of several Americans in the field looking to become the first winner in Saudi Arabia. Based on his recent form, he is easily one of the favorites.
