PGA Tour - 2018 Arnold Palmer Invitational Preview
Posted on March 12 2018
The PGA Tour moves to Bay Hill for the last of the Florida Swing tournaments at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Last year, Marc Leishman won his second career title by one stroke over Kevin Kisner and Charley Hoffman. As was the case in last week’s Valspar Championship, Tiger Woods will be the headliner in the field, especially after his T2 at Innisbrook behind Paul Casey. Other notables in the field include past Arnold Palmer Invitational winners Jason Day and Vijay Singh, as well as tournament co-host Rickie Fowler and Patton Kizzire, a two-time winner this season.

Tiger Woods: With a 12th place finish and a runner-up in his last two starts, a victory is the next logical step for Woods. What better place to win than at a tournament he’s already won eight times? Expect Tiger to play well this week.Embed from Getty Images
Jason Day: The 2016 champ looks to add another victory this season. With two other top-25 finishes in his last three starts at Bay Hill, JDay seems very comfortable on this golf course.Embed from Getty Images
Sam Burns: With only Web.com Tour status to start the 2018 calendar year, the young rookie is making a name for himself in a big way on the PGA Tour with back-to-back top-15 finishes, he’s in a position to earn special temporary status with a strong finish this week.
