PGA Tour - 2018 AT&T Byron Nelson Wrap-Up
Posted on May 20 2018

A four-hour weather delay made it a close call as to whether the tournament would require a Monday finish, but only four days were needed for Aaron Wise to earn his first PGA Tour win by three over Aussie Marc Leishman. Starting the day tied with Leishman, Wise’s round was highlighted with four consecutive birdies from holes 7-10, leading him to a bogey-free final round 65 to seal the victory.
His first win is right off the heels of a runner-up finish at the Wells Fargo Championship, and with this win, he’ll move up to 18th in the FedEx Cup Standings.
Next week, the Tour heads to famed Colonial Golf Club for the Fort Worth Invitational.
