It took extra holes to determine a winner at this year’s edition of the Memorial, and in the end, Bryson DeChambeau claimed the title in a three-way playoff against Kyle Stanley and Byeong Hun An. Starting the day with a one-stroke lead, DeChambeau started well with three birdies in his first twelve holes, but bogeys on 14 and 18 opened the door for Stanley and An. After Kyle Stanley was eliminated on the first playoff hole, Bryson capped off his victory with a birdie on the 18th for his 2nd career PGA Tour victory. With the win, he moves into 4th place in the FedEx Cup standings.

Five-time Memorial Champion Tiger Woods held a share of the lead briefly in the third round, but putting struggles led him to a T23 finish, six shots out of the playoff.

Next week, the PGA Tour heads to Memphis, Tennessee for the FedEx St. Jude Classic.
