Extended Christmas Returns

From October, all items purchased online at The Golf Society will qualify for our extended Christmas Returns.

All the usual benefits of our hassle-free returns process are extended to you until 11th January 2021.

Anything that is purchased as a Christmas gift can now be returned up to this extended date. Items still have to be unworn and unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Any unwanted gifts can be returned for a full refund.

What items are returnable?

We have no questions asked returns, Don't like it in person send it back.

  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Gift Cards

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How do I return?

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchanges 

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges due to how quickly some sizes sell out. The best way to change sizes is to re-order the new size and return the item you're not happy with. As soon as we recieve the returned item we'll refund your credit card.
